3. Uninstalling and Re-Installing League
If the last step didn’t work, then uninstall the game and then re-install it. This would refresh all the app-data that the game has stored on your device.

4. Submitting a “Ticket Report” to Riot’s support team

However, in the ticket report system, you can personalize a report according to your needs and send it to Riot’s support team for further investigation.
- Go to Riot’s ticket submission page
- Log in with your credentials
- Select “In-Game Question/Issue & In-Game Content Refund”
- In the inquiry section select “Bug Report”
- In Subject Section, Write what kind of bug you’re facing. In our case, write “There was a problem setting up your skin”
- Write a description explaining your problem
- Add some screenshots related to your problem
- Submit the report
One of Riot’s support team members will contact you to fix the problem in some days. There is no reason for the bug to continue existing after all these steps.
